Had a wonderful stay, the hotel is quaint little and well appointed.
There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in my queen room. The breakfast had plenty of options: coffee, cheese, and hot waffles. The breakfast was large and light, the check in was early. The staff was brilliantly friendly, the bathroom was fairly clean.

I booked this hotel for its convenient location near the clinic I had to go to. It was a short walk away, making it easy for me to get there on time. The hotel is also close to the river, providing a nice backdrop for a leisurely stroll. Additionally, it is fairly close to the Montt subway stop, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city.
The only downside was that the rooms had creaky floorboards, which could be a bit noisy at times.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious foods. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they assisted in our transportation arrangements.
The room was a bit small for our liking, and the lack of plug for our bath was inconvenient. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall enjoyable experience we had during our city break at this hotel.

During my xmas stay at this cozy hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome given by the staff. the clean and comfortable rooms were equipped with both shower and bath, which added a special touch to my stay. the breakfast provided a great variety of delicious foods to start the day off right. the hotel's central location was convenient for transportation, restaurants, and shops.
The creaky wooden floors left little to the imagination with every move. the tiny bathroom and weak water pressure were not ideal for a comfortable stay.

Nothing negative to say.
